Alberta Truck et Auto étaient incroyables ! Ils m'ont offert ma nouvelle mini-fourgonnette et chaque étape était fabuleuse. Aucune pression pour l’acheter le jour où j’ai regardé. Pour me laisser le tester pour la journée. J’ai acheté une Dodge Ram 2016 chez Alberta Truck & Auto (14211 Mark Messier Trail, Edmonton) à la fin de l’hiver, et cela a été tout simplement incroyable. Le camion lui-même est une bête : entièrement chargé de cuir, un puissant Hemi de 5,7 L, et il fonctionne comme s'il était tout neuf. J'avais fait le tour des lieux chez 10 concessionnaires différents, et personne ne s'est approché de l'offre de financement que j'ai reçue ici. Le processus a été rapide, fluide et totalement sans stress. Cheryl, ma vendeuse, était compétente et très facile à travailler. Sean, le directeur financier, a fait de la magie sur les chiffres et a tout rendu clair. Daniel était gentil, informatif et vraiment soucieux de s'assurer que j'étais à l'aise avec tout. Alan, l'un des mécaniciens, est un pro absolu : il a soigneusement inspecté le camion, s'est assuré qu'il fonctionnait parfaitement et a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions. Une chose qui m'a vraiment marqué : j'ai amené mon bébé de 5 mois avec moi et toute l'équipe était si gentille et attentionnée. Ce genre de touche personnelle est rare et cela m’a fait une énorme impression. Si vous recherchez un véhicule et que vous voulez une équipe qui va vraiment au-delà des attentes, je ne saurais trop recommander Alberta Truck & Auto. Je reviendrai absolument ici à l'avenir.
